Help Yahoo E-Mail Is Missing on the Download

I have a Samsung Duos. I can use the Yahoo E-mail download, but something is missing from the folders - contacts! Can I just create a Contacts Folder, transfer the contacts from my Yahoo E-mail on my PC? Or do something else? The alternative is to memorize all my 50+ contacts - LOL
