Yahoo Email On Droid - User Name/Password Not Correct

Good morning everyone!

Home with my new Droid. I have successfully setup my Hotmail and GMail accounts but having all kinds of trouble with my Yahoo mail account. Receiving error that states "User Name/Password not correct".

Anyone have success setting up their Yahoo account on the Droid?

Just keep trying.

I even have BASIC BASIC problems like this on my iphone even..

Sometimes i will setup my gmail account or something and it will tell me password wrong or can't connect...

usually trying again multiple times sometimes turning the phone off will fix it.

What i did to get rid of that headache was go to SEVEN ? Proven Push Platform for Mobile Applications works very well at pushing yahoo email....

Actually, I just figured it out. Had to follow the directions in the attached link to setup incoming as IMAP (make sure that your user name is name@yahoo.com). Everything works fine now.
