Help Yahoo-Incoming Server Help

Set could not finish? password or user name incorrect?
But when I do it in the outgoing seem to go thru?
I'm not recieving any messages? Please help thanks!

There's a ton of blog posts and message board postings on this. Yahoo's not compatible and you have to muck w/ the smtp settings in order to get it working. It still freaks out on me, so I just use the web-based interface for yahoo mail. (plus I can delete multiple emails at the same time w/ yahoo's web interface)

I was able to get Yahoo Free Email working on the Moments "Email" App using the settings below. However I cannot take credit for the solution.

Hi all

This is driving me NUTS!!!
I have used the settings mentioned above and tried them again and again and again, really, about 30 times, and it keeps on telling me it cannot verify my username/password.

Someone somewhere mentioned trying TLS security... but port 143 does not support that, so anyone got that to work, please tell which port.

sigh.
Ive just moved to Hero from Touch HD and I had IMAP on Yahoo mail no probs on Wm6.5
