Yahoo Mail Search History Incomplete

Hi my Yahoo Mail app is suddenly not giving me all the results. If I search on a term or word that I know exists in my emails received or sent over years eg 2019,2018,2017, 2016, 2015 etc,. It only brings back results for a few days in 2019. This problem however doesn't seem to affect searches under documents, only the general search. Also, if I scroll through my Inbox I can see the email(s), but searching for them using the apps functionality doesn't work.



I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times. Also, I've been to Yahoo technical support, but no help.

Any suggestions?

Hi thanks for your response. Yes, it's fine on my computer but I need it to work on my phone.

I would contact yahoo as it is an app issue only they can rectify

Yahoo is revamping their whole mail system. I would guess the app isn't keeping up.

Yep. They sold it, tried rebranding it and it's come full circle back to Yahoo! But, it's always been the same service, so it's just peeling off one label and pasting another one on.
