yes replace it in your pc,
1.create a folder name bterror in your sd card
2.download that above boot.img n put it in ur sdcard/bterror
3.now open blueterror-v1.1.zip
4.extract those three files META-INF,System,install busybox n paste them in your sd card/bterror
5.goto sdcard/btertor here u'll find META-INF,System,boot.img,install busybox n now create zip..finish

Mate first of all format the boot file in cwm
and than push ur new boot.img file from pc using spflash tool

No U dont have to format d boot image u just need to flash it with SP Flash TOOL it will replace the previous one n u r done.

If the problem is due to flashing the ROM then flash the ROM again with proper procedure.
