Nope.
Just open your clock app, located in the app drawer, and go into its settings.
 
If there are no such settings then having the year showing onscreen is not an option

Sure it is.
Unfortunately you have to root your device to show the year in your status / notification bar.... There are no workarounds
 
does somedoy knows how to setup full time and date on this app?
