Help Yellow Spots

I noticed these three spots on my phone the first day and thought maybe they were from the InvisibleSHIELD that I put on. Its been several days (since Sat.) and i still have the spots. Here is the interesting part. They are minimal when the phone is not been in use often. However if i play a game or watch a show on Netflix they show up pretty bad. I guess i am going to have to take it back ... any suggestions? or anyone notice the problem with there phone?
The pics don't show up well ... sorry ... there is a spot near the middle and one in each of the bottom corners.

I would take it back. It appears you aren't the only one.

It is moisture under the screen. I put one on my blackberry bold and i got a yellow spot about 12 hrs after installation.

Under the phone screen or screen protector?
