Root yellow triangle at boot?

It just means your flash counter is more than 1

Triangle Away can remove it but there are risks
Unless you're trying to get warranty service on your phone, I'd just leave it alone
 
that means you have tried CWM recovery or kernel.
you can flash stock recovery and kernel with stock rom and you are free to go.
 
as you are newbie, you should read all threads in reverb's all thing root..
you will understand what goes where...
but if u dont get it, i will suggest live with yellow triangle, its not going to heart you.

you can find stock zip, which you can flash from CWM recovery,
then using odin you can flash stock recovery and stock kernel. (before flashing checking comparability with versions)

Galaxy Reverb's all things root section is bare. The reverb is a phone not many use and information to find on it is hard. I need help to flash a stock rom with ODIN. I'm currently soft bricked and cannot access recovery mode but I can access download mode. Please help.
 
Just flash a recovery from Odin... Theres a flashable tar in my TWRP post so all you gotta do is flash that in Odin then a custom or stock ROM will do the trick to get you going again
