Help Yet another Bluetooth question......

Hi folks,

I guess this has already been done to death judging by the number of hits I get when searching, but I wonder if anyone knows of the current Blutooth fix status(if there is one)?

The last thing I was able to find was that Tim is waiting for the FT4 with integrated BT to see if that driver is compatible.

I'm running Tim6A on a DISCO10 original Ibex FT3 and I have tried several different generic bluetooth dongles but none of them seem to work. I get varying results depending on which dongle I try, varying from nothing at all to an indication that it's working but can't find any external devices to pair to.
Obviously I have used the Gscript "Load Bluetooth drivers" script, but this appears to make no difference.

Any information would be appreciated as BT would be very useful indeed!

Hi, I think Tim got the FT4 but there were no BT drivers, the Gscript doesn't actually load anything as it was put there for future use (if any). I don't think we will get any BT drivers until the manufacturer releases the source code, by that time the FT3 will be well passed it's sell by date

Ah well, pretty much what I expected. I guess I'll have to save my pennies and buy a more "mainstream" Apad that has it already integrated.
