Yet another new phone

I was finally able to pull out the tray for the sd card from the old Moto G. I can't tell which way this crazy thing goes. It doesn't have any back, just a flimsy framework that I've naturally been able to bend (and back, I hope). The slot for the sd card doesn't fit it and there is no physical support. Every time I try, the card comes loose.

I think I should just save up for a phone that opens the way it should. Regular citizens should not have to be brain (or phone) surgeons unless they want to and have the ability. I know I could put the sd card in one of the normal phones. I've done that many a time.

Sure, it's harsh, and thanks for whispering. Actually, you are pretty much my go to guys for a lot of stuff. I do look up things elsewhere but the answers tend to be vague, general, just plain wrong. Here I can ask specific questions, get specific answers, and maybe post a pic or two...

You're preaching to the choir. Fragile is the name of the game...one I generally can't afford to p(l)ay. I assume you are saying that I should take the phone somewhere and get it worked on by people who are knowledgeable about this sort of thing.

My devices are so cheap, that I can buy two of them or buy one with a case and a screen protector.

As I have no computer, I tend to just buy two devices, lol.

They are fragile, but to be honest the vast majority of phones I see in cases have cracked screens.

"It's just cracks in the screen protector", is what they say to me.

"Well, the end results are the same, you are looking at a bunch of cracks on a screen", I reply.

None of my devices have ever had a case- except for the type that go onto a belt for carrying the thing.

None of my devices have ever had a cracked or broken screen.

Not kidding- like almost every phone I see inside a case with a screen protector is like looking through a bunch of cobwebs.

I rarely get a cracked screen...believe it or not. My main problem is these darn things keep breaking. See my post Another fine mess. How do I get it out of fastboot?

If you took the holster off your belt to use your phone it's a case @puppykickr[/QUOTE]

Nope.
Open the flap and tbe phone comes out.

Naked.

Oh, and my holster goes on my other side, and holds something else...
