Yet another "what app post"

I don't know the app, but the blocky hand thing is making a "horns" "rock hand" sign if that helps - whether that's a music app, or a band fan app, or what I don't know.
The other one I've seen somewhere, but can't recall what it is (and can't describe it well enough for a search to produce anything).
Pretty sure neither is a dating app, which is what 99% of these enquiries are actually asking (though I see nothing in these icons to suggest that is your question).
