Help Yikes, I deleted all my alarms in atrix 2

I accidentally deleted all my alarms in my atrix 2. Can anyone tell me how to recover them? Thank you.

You should be able to use any of your downloaded music as alarms. You can also download an alarm app which will have new sounds/alarms.

A factory re-set will also restore your settings.
