you have lost you data connectivity

My galaxy samsung S3 is saying i have lost data connectivity causse my home data was turned off or something. I am wondering how do I solve this?
 
If your home internet connection was turned off you have no internet connection - for your computer, for your laptop or for your S3. Call your internet provider and straighten things out.
