You tube download videos for offline.

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I am looking for an app I can use on my android phone where I can choose YouTube videos to download for offline viewing.

I have found many apps on the play store but nothing that meets this requirement.

Is this possible? More importantly Is it allowed? I will be using this on a galaxy s4

It's against their TOS so these sort of apps get pulled by Google about as quickly as they go up.
