Root You Want Stock?

This is the STOCK Nandroid Backup for the M835... This backup will work when you have a custom recovery installed...

If your APN settings are messed up, and you cannot use MMS,SMS, DATA, or anything else, or you want to upgrade stock, then follow these instructions

You will have to extract the dload folder using 7zip to put the two .zip files back together. (Download 7zip, install it, highlight both files and press extract)
(Update file neccesary to fix APN settings and revert completely to stock.. including recovery) Place in root of your SD card when extracted. (in dload folder)

STEP 3) Boot into recovery (Volume Up, Green Send Key, Power) and WIPE DALVIK AND FACTORY RESET AND WIPE CACHE

STEP 4) Flash nandroid backup... and boot into system. (To make sure it worked.)

STEP 5) If it worked, turn off the phone, and remove the battery.. please patiently wait five minutes.

STEP 6) Turn on phone by pressing Green Send Key, Volume DOWN, and Power until the update commences.

STEP 7) Wait until the phone completely reboots. It will flash the huawei screen more than once THIS IS NORMAL!!! When the phone is finished, it will reboot into STOCK 2.2 just like when it came out of the store, with WORKING APN setting and FIXED data, mms, sms, and voice! Enjoy!!

I tried downloading it multiple times. It says that Internet Explorer could not access the download directory.
 
I would suggest a better browser than IE... I use chrome, but I've also used Mozilla Firefox to download... I'm not sure what the exact problem might be. If you are on a college campus or high school, the download site might be blocked
 
Can't get on a computer, but you seem to have the 2.2 froyo rom handled, Good Job man, I was getting tired of carrying this forum on my back xD
 
Says download unsuccessful . Try uploading to 4shared.com please I really need this to fix my apn settings !!!
 
That's exactly what your doing here. You need stock to do this. That's why I uploaded a bare nandroid backup. You really should read.

Actually you dont need stock because i couple of months a go i tried your way but the links were down .My phone had UIM CARD Error on DroniX4.0.
I just went and did what i told MykeTex to do and problem fixed . You only need to go back to stock if you want to update firmware in the settings otherwise you can do it from splash screen'
 
I can get the data to work on my brother in law phone when i flashed the cm7 rom to it. M835 on straightalk . everything works minus data ... please help also links are not working for me.
