Youchscreen not working

[Android Question]

Samsung Galaxy 4s purchased December 20, 2013.

I have already done:
soft restart
Taken out the battery (30 seconds)

How do i get my touchsceen to start working again?

Probably by replacing it. You aren't giving us much to go on (like the results of running various diagnostic apps), so the only guess possible is a bad touchscreen.
