M9 will likely be 5.5", which seemingly is already outside of your comfort zone.

I keep seeing that there might be an M9 at 5 inches and M9 Plus at some varying bigger size, but obviously all we have are rumors at this point. If it does turn out to be 5.5, that would be a bummer.

Picked up the OnePlus One recently and despite loving the the N5 still I don't regret the purchase one bit, it's a really nice phone.

I still love my Nexus 5. Wouldn't trade it for anything. The support from Google and the amount of custom roms for it, make it a joy to use. I will however, be getting the next Nexus device in the fall.
