"Your device does not support software upgrading via Kies"

Ok; i know I did one upgrade via kies...and then the OTA from AT&T and now it says "Your device does not support software upgrading via Kies". So what's up is the S3 no longer supported? I have unistalled KIes and drivers like 3 times...still the same message. What's going on? Hey Samsung???

I have the same message/problem since the 9/19 OTA update. I think it's a Kies program issue. Kies probably needs an updated table entry to recognize the I747 and its new firmware level.

This will only be an issue if it is not fixed before the JB update later this fall.

same problem here just came back from att that was a waste of time igoing to re set phone and see what happens i said the same thing to att about the jb update.

I suspect it is att blocking this feature. I'm on Verizon and get the same message. I think it is so you can only upgrade via OTA and not Kies.
