Your experience with Samsung's new Jelly Bean update?

I decided to make a thread about your guys' experience using Samsung's latest Touchwiz ROM. Whether you're on GC01 , GB27, or GB28. This will help other users decide if the update will be worth it. And prevent the same questions being asked over and over, cluttering up the thread.

I'm on GC01. The experience has been great for me. Buttery smooth transitions and animations. (thanks to Project Butter) Battery life has ben great thus far. I can go a full day with moderate usage. And most of all; very, very little learning curve. Very easy to navigate the settings, homescreen, app drawer, widgets. etc. I personally recommend updating to the (almost) latest and greatest. (:

I have been running the TW Jelly Bean ROMs since it first leaked, and I am not looking back. It runs silky smooth and fast. The TW ICS for Our phone seems more like a patchwork job in comparison.

Slight increase in memory usage, roughly the same battery performance, packed with extra features, and definitely much more buttery. A must-have for any S2 owner.

DO IT

I'm using GB27 with agats ver 1.1 recovery, my battery life isn't the best using with the ROMs i'v tried, roughly 5-6 hours when using video, music and/or maps anyone know of a better battery friendly ROM on GB27 or GC01?

On jellyverse 3.0 (GB27) with the SXTP AGAT 5.0 kernel I'm getting like 12 hours of battery with extremely heavy use.

I did the upgrade to GC01 a few days ago using Kies on my PC. So far I am really liking it. The blocking option is new to me and is pretty cool IMO. However, I am annoyed with these three minor issues:

1. When I'm composing a text message my phone makes a quiet "tap" noise when I touch the first letter of a word before swyping. I'd rather just have it be silent when I'm composing a text because most of the time if I'm sending a text I'm trying to be quiet.

2. It seems like the earpiece volume has become much louder than it was before, even on the lowest volume setting.

3. It set all my home screens back to the factory default so I had to put my app shortcuts back where I wanted them.
