Root Your favorite cm10.1 themes?

Lunar UI 2 (Beta). Its super flashy and i love the icons it uses and all of its colors. I also used it when i was in cm7 for My old admire. It's amazing. Here's a link.

Holo Green, CM9. while the theme is still for CM9, it can be applied to cm10. Just a greenish look for CM10 instead of blue. If you want it Google Holo Green CM9 and the playstore link will show up. (My copy and paste is sorta bugging out )
 
My LG Motion will not install these themes. Is there a trick, or perhaps something else that I am missing? I think I have everything in order, running CM10, have all the pretty themes lined up in the showroom but that is it. Can you help?
