18 days, is my longest up time ever, and the best is i haven't noticed any side effects. very happy with my nexus.

This device shouldn't need to be restarted every X days

With that said, I'm a flashaholic, so its never more than 24hr before I'm trying something new that requires a reboot to install

At the moment it's 166 hours. While no where near as long as the OP, this is the longest I've ever kept my phone on for. All the others would need a reboot after a few days.

97 hours on... Gave up my Note 2 for the Nexus. After a day I thought I would return it as I was used to all of the stuff on my other phone. Now, my daughter has it. Love the Nexus 5 and the lack of stuff but pure Android. Actually, I'm surprised but in a really good way.

I've come from the OG note, and am missing absolutely nothing from it

I hear ya. I was really thinking that I was going to return it during the window, but not even close. I was concerned with battery life after reading some of the reviews, but using my phone add I normally do, I have more battery life than my note. Weird but true.

If it was a battery life thread, photos are def the norm... But not rebooting your device isn't a normal performance measure

I finally had to reboot the phone after 20days Google now quit working, the manually search would work but voice stopped

All it would say is unable to connect it wouldn't pull up the words.

The reboot fixed.

Ss just before reboot

I'm never going to get very impressive uptime numbers if I don't quit fiddling with my phone in ways that require going to recovery. ;)
