YouTube app does not cache

I use to be an iphone user. when I watched you tube videos and repeated the video it would not redownload it. On android I notice it redownloads the video every time you repeat the video or eve jump to a diffrent part of the video. It is really killing my data limit. is there any way around this?

I use Samsung Galaxy S3.

get Tubemate from amzon or off the web, its a youtube shell program [why google wont list it]

make youtube 100x better, you can just download instead of cacheing on the fly and keep it if you want, or dump it.
