Youtube app doesn't remember place in subscription list!

This has really been annoying me, I watch a video from my subscribtions then when i go back it takes me to the top of the list again!
Is there some setting I'm missing to change this?

Is this happening in the Youtube app? Have you contacted Youtube for assistance regarding this?
