I'd recommend calling up your wireless carrier to see if they can do a refresh on the phone. This may help out with your issue!
That set me down the right path. I didn’t want to wipe out as much as he did, but I did do this:
Open the web browser
Menu -> More -> Settings
Clear Cache
Clear history
Clear all cookie data
Clear location access
Reset to default
I might just have needed to “Reset to default” – if it happens again that’s what I’ll try next.
