Youtube App not going to 1080p anymore

Hey guys,

I have the Tmobile Note 3 and for whatever reason, I am not able to turn up the quality on youtube apps up to 1080p anymore. My brother also has the same phone on the same carrier, but he is able to get his up to 1080p. My cousin Has the S5 on tmobile, I was not able to get his up to 1080p either.

ive done soft resets, hard resets, uninstalled and reinstalled the updates, cleared the cache and user data, frozen and unfrozen the application. Ive done everything I can think to do to get 1080p back.

I just find the same problem in my Google+ circle, don't know what happened. But my phone is OK for now.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to assist with the issue, but I did go ahead and move your thread to the Android Applications subforum since it seems to be an app-related problem. Hopefully someone here will be able to provide some insight. :thumbup:

Well, it looks like it must have fixed itself, I have 1080p again on my youtube app. Didnt do anything.

Now i am having the same proble with the youtube app. Where are if i use other app it works fine :/

Any thoughts ?

what version are you running? I have 5.10.3.5
