Every device I own that has updated to Jellybean will not play YouTubes from Facebook. Is there a fix for this?

Is this using the Facebook app or a browser? If a browser, which?
My guess is that your problem is Flash support, which has been phased out by most mobile apps. Dolphin browser still supports it (I think you need to install an add on - a search for dolphin+flash should give an answer). The actual Facebook app should have no problem though, and if the videos are actual YouTube links then you should be able to get them to open in the YouTube app - you may have to clear defaults for the app that is currently trying to play them (if you selected "always" when choosing what app should handle them).

Every other type of video plays, just not YouTube. YouTube videos open, but don't load. They just stay black. I've cleared defaults, uninstalled, reinstalled. A while back I heard of many others having this problem but haven't seen the conversation lately. If it's a video I'm keenly interested in I can copy and paste the name and access via YouTube directly (YouTube app runs fine outside of FB), but I can never just click on a YouTube video that's been posted on Facebook and have it play.
