Help Youtube issues?

On a few occasions I have been having trouble with watching youtu be videos. Here is a video that actually demonstrates what happened to me on occation:

As you can see it said cannot play video when he tried to play the videos. It seems to happen at random and usually doesn't last long. (Although it lasted a few minutes on 2 occasons while I was trying to watch a video)

Kind of annoying when I'm trying to watch a clip. Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you talking about the youtube app or inside a browser?? I use the app and one time, did use the browser and it worked fine.

I get that too. I also get http errors.

I was on youtube.com when it happened.
