YouTube not working...

hi guys, I have a Sony Xperia T.

No matter what video I try to watch on YouTube, I can't watch it, I always get the message on the video screen 'unsupported video format' and I keep getting 'There was a problem with the network [500]' message at the bottom of the screen.

I've uninstalled and re-installed but still the same, I also went back to my old phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace, now my Dad's phone) and tried it but it worked fine.

In had same problem. try going to play and uninstalling the update...gets you back to older version...worked for me

I'm sure I tried that earlier and it didn't work, however I just tried it now and it works!

I have had that problem when my wifi drops out for a minute. I also have an issue on the Samsung Captivate Glide where YouTube wont load and it stops the phone for a minute or two, still not loading. Only fix so far is a reboot.

There have been youtube outagaes latetly so dont blame your phone. Google recently has been cleaning youtube up, a process that should have been done a long time ago.
