YouTube problems on Optimus Elite

Has anyone had a problem w/YouTube on Optimus Elite? Mine stops playing and starts loading every few seconds. This does now always happen, but often enough to be annoying.

Reception issues? Are your videos set to play HQ?

Have tried not using HQ, upgrade, should I reinstall maybe?

Happens to me because my data has been throttled, my phone will have full bars but still pauses to load
