I have a Galaxy S2 (Virgin Mobile) and there are some videos (I'm assuming HD) that just don't play all that well. They are super pixelated and grainy. Is there any way to tell it to play at a lower video setting or is it dependent on what the person that uploaded it as (this happens on either 3g/4g or WIFI)? Thanks for any help!
