Help Youtube question

I took a WVGA quality video and uploaded it to youtube. The video looks great on the phone but looks crappy on youtube. What am I doing wrong?

It may have not been finished processing or possibly it just transcodes down to the next lowest level.

How long ago did you upload it versus watching it? It may not be fully rendered/processed yet as this takes a while, especially for higher quality videos. Try watching it again in a few hours and see if you still have the same problem.

YouTube processes the lowest quality 360p version first then works its way up to 480p, 720p, and 1080p.
