This is regarding the in-browser YouTube player not the app.

How do you change the video quality on YouTube videos whilst in your default browser NOT in the app?

I just had a look myself. If there is a way to change it on the mobile site, it isn't obvious. I would have suggested using the desktop site on mobile but it isn't on there either
