Youtube videos played through the app are horrible quality...

By HD ones, do you mean it has HD in the title?

Because even if it has HD in the title, you still need to open your menu and select "watch in high quality"

Not that I know of.

However, it defaults to high quality if you are on wifi.

i thought this too when i first got it. A good tip for anyportion of exploring this phone is to hit the menu button in every screen possible, you never know what you'll find

I agree too. I was going to make a post about making it the default but I see you guys are on top of that. hope that will be fixed in an update soon!

I wish I knew how to get the main page of the YouTube app to update... mine has been showing the same lame videos since the day I first opened it.

Doesn't really make sense when the "Most Recent" videos say "2 weeks ago" under them -_-

From what I understand I'm not the only one having this problem...
