For some reason it just plays the audio and not the video part...I have not updated the phone with the latest android update...any help would be appreciated

ROM and any xposed tweaks you have installed?

Its on stock last time I checked it worked before Monster UI module...let me freeze it and see

Sometimes its good just to clear the data of the app, uninstall it then re-install it. Give that a go and see if it works
