The Z10 runs Blackberry OS, not Android. If it's a Chinese rip-off, it's anyone's guess what it's running, or how to reset it. It could be running Android, it could be running RIM's OS, it could be running something no one's ever heard of. And without knowing that, there's no way to guess how to do any kind of reset on it.
