Root Z4 (un) root and reinstalling apps to be update capable

sorry guys i have tried searching but am coming up empty.
the day i got the phone i did the Z4root procedure and deinstalled only 4 apps after I installed titanium.

uninstalled :
- City ID
- Amazon
- Blockbuster
- Madden

of course updates never worked and I am still running system version

2.3.340.MB810.Verizon.en.US

please just tell me how to get "un"root and get everything set up so i can update the device.

i promise i will not mess with anything afterwards!

i have already followed the simsdelt tutorial and installed RSDlite to flash to 602 and now to 605 since the flash was successful to 602 but the phone was not working....

that said i am already on 605 now...

Ok, just make sure you don't go to 621. Any other help needed?
