Root z4root

I don't think z4root works anymore since the 2.2.1 update. Otherwise I believe it should work with no extra work (as it did for me before I did the update). However, that's with my Sprint Intercept so I am not sure if z4root ever worked on Virgin Mobile phones. Check the other posts though regarding the super one click way to root. Worked perfectly for me (after it finally made it thru all the steps).

I went to temp root my phone using z4 and it just stayed on the please wait page for around 10 minutes. How long does it usually take?

Any special apps out there that are good to use when rooted?

HOW!?!? DID YOU GET IT TO WORK!?

Because I've been waiting for 10 minutes as well and its just sitting there burning through my battery right now. How much longer do I have to wait?
