Accessories Zagg Smartbuds question

I purchased the Zagg smartbuds for my Incredible. I'm rooted and at the time was running just the stock rom that had the Nov. update in it. The earbud controls worked great with PowerAmp, DoubleTwist and answering the phone.

I got brave and installed the latest Virtuous ROM. I noticed that the controls didn't work anymore. The volume slider is the only thing that worked. I went back to the rom that I was using. I did a full wipe and used ROM manager to reload the stock rom. The controls still don't work. I contacted Zagg and got a replacement set of earbuds. Still nothing.

Is there something that I need to check to make these earbuds work again? I love them, but really miss the controls......

I ran the fix permissions in Rom Manager. the controls on the headphones work now.


Just an FYI if anyone else ever runs across the same problem......
