As a Sense user, I really didn't think there was another UI I would appreciate using. Well, once my HTC Hero 2.1 began FC'ing every few minutes and experiencing severe lag, I decided to bite the bullet and look into other options. I tried a few and ended up choosing Zeam. I was not disappointed one bit.
Zeam is very lite and extremely quick and flexible (at least for this end user). I thoroughly love the options for the amount of home screens, hiding the notification bar, landscape mode, customizable dock and scrollable widget support. I pretty much am not missing Sense whatsoever (except maybe the "Scenes"). The overall size of Zeam itself is pretty small and won't take up too much space for those of us on limited devices like the Hero.
I like this Home Replacement so much, I plan to immediately place it on my Evo in a few weeks when I get it. If you are experiencing lag and FC's like I was, Zeam is a great alternative to the Sense UI. If you get tired of it and want to switch back to Sense, this is easily done with a Home Switcher App... although I never switch =)
