Help ZENFONE 2 UNINSTALL PROBLEM

Any apps, or one or two on particular?

If it's specific apps, check they are not set as device administrators. If they are you need to unset them first.

But restarting sounds wrong anyway. Have you modified the phone software in any way (i.e. rooting)?
 
thx for replying. no the phone is new. maybe it was used before and someone rooted it?
anyway i upgraded firmware and now i can unistall the apps but i have different problem. i upgrade firmware from ww to cn because it didnt upgrade to ww. now i cant access google play in cn version. i tried download from browser but didnt work.
 
Well it's good that that is sorted, because it definitely sounded unstable.

I'm guessing "ww" and "cn" are "worldwide" and "China", but not certain. If they are then that might explain it, since Google Play isn't available in China, but I'm not really familiar with this phone or Chinese ROMs. I guess there isn't a newer ww available?
 
After a lot of effort i finally managed to upgrade to ww newer version. i needed to download recovery image of the phone model to be able to upgrade to ww. Now everything is working perfect like it should be from the first place. This is the link that help me.

In the beginning when i bought the phone it showed cn version in bios and ww version in phone settings which is very strange. Now with the steps from the link above it shows the same version both in bios(bootloader) and phone settings , so maybe that was the problem.
Thx again for trying to help me. Iam glad that this nightmare is finally over ;D
