I found that unique item seems to be everywhere.
I own 2 unique item.
Soul dragon cuff ( absorbs 10% hp ) and circle limit ( movement +1 ).
While in game. I found it through fighting in akun temple altar and central shade woods.
My advice is to fight consistently in a area with tons of monster.
Im using SH lvl 81. And all monsters in hard mode is more likely to drop item.
