zero caching?

the maintinance app says I can zero cache. but I cant go back. sound pretty ominous.
this would save me from deleting the cache every day......
is this a good idea?

this does not work as well as you would think..Mucky Duck's Wizard, a program addon works best for keeping buffering to a minimal if that is what you are trying to do..just go to Maintenance in it and Delete Cache and Files
