Help zmax installation aborted reboot loop help please

Ok so this morning I tried to install an update to my phone. The phone is not rooted or modded in any way. During the installation my idiot cousin cut my phone off. Since then the phone just shows an error page and loops this error message thay I attached to this post. I tried a master reset but I can even get to the master reset options. The phone just cuts on and off one this never ending loop. Please help

Some people have posted the update on here, download it, place it on an sdcard, power off phone, reboot into recovery, there will option to install zip or update from sdcard. If u r unable to enter recovery, then ur only able to go get a replacement
