In light of the recent event in Florida about the man eating a persons face off. I thought it would be a pretty neat forum topic.
You can use any tactic to survive. No matter how ridiculous it is.
Rules: Survive.

Basically just state how your would survive in a zombie apocalypse.

Nothing personal, but if there was a zombie apocalypse I would purposely make my group members fat. That way I would be the fastest and more likely to survive. >.>

I would go with my fiancee to his storage unit. He's got years worth of ammunition. Plus they've got a lot of older trucks on his familys lot. They have brush guards.

I'll be learning how to shoot a gun pretty quick....

This is something I have oft-debated with friends. I have come to the conclusion that you really do have to travel in small groups, and stay in places that are close quartered or easy to defend. However, wherever it is that you decide to bunk up - make sure you are close to multiple locations for rations of food, drink, gasoline, etc..

Guns are a must. Blunt objects would help too, but firearms are preferred.

Nah haha I have a few places I know would be safe for quite some time. Firearms yes, but you have to remember the shot can attract more to come so as a last resort you would use it. I would make sure to have a crossbow at least, the ammo is reusable and its silent. Then also long bladed knives such as machetes and axes.

The one place I have in mind is a farm that I visit every year in the fall, it has everything you would need, a natural source of water that will last for many years (below ground) and there is farm land to grow food, though I would not plant mass quantities and fill the fields because that would limit visibility, and it would suck if a horde just walked out of the corn field one day haha.. And multiple buildings with access to the top for look out to watch for zombies and other survivors.

Living there would most likely be my girlfriend, sister, mom, dad, his older sister and her husband being they own the farm, and then a few hunting partners we have ... all together we would have plenty of guns and ammo not necessarily for zombies but to scare off intruders you have to worry about them just as much as the zombies
