zoom or capture video

Hello,
I'm doing a project for the college and got stuck. I'm supposed to zoom a video incoming from a rtsp stream of a local server. The video is playing on a VideoView view, but there's no native resources that provide the functionallity of zoom.

Can anyone help me with that?
