The ZT180 is a Chinese knockoff tablet. Documentation for these Chinese tablets is rare... and what's out there really isn't all that comprehensive. There's a PDF upgrade guide floating about on the Internet but the associated image files embedded in the document are in Chinese.
You might want to consider posting your question to the "Other Tablets" forum in Android Tablets & Mids. Someone there may be able to assist you...
