ZTE Avail Screen Unlock Issues

Okay I am posting this here because I want more people to see it. I have a problem that is VERY annoying. Recently I noticed that my phone will now turn on the screen if you press the home button. Before it was only the power/lock button that would do it. I am needing help ASAP because my phone kept coming unlocked in my pocket and called a bunch of people somehow. It is just annoying because I cannot figure out how to turn off the home screen button from turning on the screen. Any help is appreciated. I am stock 2.3.4 and using Go Launcher EX.

I had the same problem with my Avail. I had download the BadAss Battery Monitor and noticed that Mobile care was keeping my phone awake. If an app is keeping your phone awake, it never goes to sleep, no sleep any button will turn it back on..lol...I ended up force closing Mobile care and rebooting the phone, it seem to fix the problem. So get BABM it is free on Android Market...ops Play Store. Then when you select app usage check for apps held awake, you'll get a list of apps that held the phone awake since you booted, if an app shows held awake for whole time, that is the app causing your problem, most apps should only keep your phone awake for a few minutes or seconds at most. Could be any app that has the wakelock permission, there are several.
