Root zte blade v880 2.2.2 root rom???

hi i bought a zte v880 in beijing.
i want to make it better cause not everything is working good.
but i dont know how to root , how to rom, what rom i want?
ive been reading but im realy noob.
i dont have acsses to a pc.(only in internet cafe)
i cant download stuff from googleplay(! no device )
help please. explaine step by step.

First of all I do not know much about that phone and hope someone will chime in, but you will need a PC to root this IMO and you are making it hard on yourself by trying to do this from an Internet Cafe.

You're asking a very specific question in a very general forum.. you would be better off asking here http://androidforums.com/san-francisco-all-things-root/. This is your specific phone and people in this forum will be more likely to know the answer. ***note*** your phone may differ slightly from the phones found in this forum so be sure to mention where you bought your phone. Flashing to an orange rom may cause issues for you if you don't use orange service but in my undereducated opinion I don't think it will matter for rooting.
