Started this thread to welcome ZTE Emblem users to the forum, since they don't have their own sub-forums here. Hopefully this will come up with whatever Google search they do...

I just recieved an awe replacement 2 days ago and it appears to b a emblem... Says zte on bk cover and came b06 updated

Edit: i used the b06 kernel and wifi modules and installed my "L" Awe rom... Device seems way smoother with transitions between screens than my other 2 awes

Imo its so walmart can sell more phones... The general public doesnt know the awe and emblem are the same device... They both share the same model number as well (n800)
Heres a pic of my bk cover which is the only noticeable difference i have found besides coming b06 updated out of the box

Edit: ahhh now I see it...it actually says ZTE on it.
Did you know there is actually a T-Mobile variant of our phone(s)? The only difference I could find was the model number (which I forget) the boot animation and the back cover was blue with no ridges. So dumb.

Just saw one of these device today at Walmart box looks different 59 bucks but the awe is 49 how dumb

My vm awe came with the exact same back cover with the zte logo on it.

I got a emblem today how do I activate it I tried to but virgin told me its not a VM phone

Think I messed up I flashed update zip and recovery first not a ROM yet in case I gotta take it back too Walmart maybe it threw the phone off by flashing that b04 zip it was b06 preinstalled funny thing both phones are activated on the same number I can make calls with both
