I have a zte phone. Dropped it in water but it barely got wet. When I dried it up and put my sim card and battery back in it keeps popping up FTM when I turn it on. Every once in a while I'm lucky enough to actually get it turned on and its in safe mode but none of my touchscreen or buttons work. Only volume up. I'm still recieving texts and calls. Just can't answer them
